Residential Program

Individuals reside in five homes in which Residential Concepts, Inc. provides skill development and support, nursing and delegated nursing services, transportation, nutritional services, leisure time/recreation, advocacy, medical assistance and 24-hour supervision.

Our homes are decorated in a home-like atmosphere. Two homes are licensed by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and the other three homes are Individual Options (IO) waiver homes with 4 beds. All homes are operated with exemplary standards and our 2 licensed homes are on a 3 year renewal cycle, the top rating. Openings in our homes are rare. Referrals generally come from the Service and Support Administrators (SSA) of the local Ohio County Boards of Developmental Disabilities.

Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI) serves persons who have developmental disabilities and enjoy living in a smaller home-like environment. Individuals receive support in the areas of money management, choices and options, community membership, health and safety, medical assistance, and 24-hour supervision.

Each person selecting Residential Concepts, Inc. as his/her provider of choice has an individualized, comprehensive plan to teach daily life skills, to promote a healthy lifestyle, to develop community skills, to enhance spiritual growth, and to protect and nurture the mental, physical, social and emotional development of each individual.
